Dutchess Care Assisted Living Center

Growing old gracefully, comfortably, in your own home is a dream that most adults have. For some people, however, this dream may not be practical or even safe.

Recognizing that an elderly loved one can no longer live at home independently and requires more care than you are able to provide, can be very painful. Looked at positively, however, it can be an opportunity to improve the quality of life for that very special person.

At Dutchess Care Assisted Living Center, our goal is to make each resident feel like a valuable and welcome member of the family. our professionally trained staff works with residents to stimulate both their physical and mental functioning in a safe, caring environment.

As one off the first state-approved Assisted Living Program facilities in New York, we can provide support services for individuals who have such conditions as heart disease, pulmonary problems, stroke and cancer, as well as other conditions common to the elderly. DIRECTIONS - From the Mid-Hudson Bridge, take Route 44/55 to Market Street and turn left. When Market Street ends turn left onto Mansion Street and then onto Washington Street. Dutchess Care is about 1/2 mile on the left.

From Route 9 North, just past Marist College, take the North Road exit. North Road becomes Washington Street. Dutchess Care is 1/2 mile on the right.
