OUR MISSION - Our goals and services are based on two fundamental philosophical principles. The belief in the innate worth of the aged and disabled individual and the belief that each individual, regardless of age, sex, race, religion or handicap, is entitled to maximize his/her potential as a human being and be an active member of society.

It is PAZ Healthcare’s management belief that the aging process is a normal step in the development of any individual and that chronic disease and disability are, to some degree, a part of the process. Our services are dedicated to assisting residents either in one of our congregate settings or in their own home with all aspects of their personal care needs as well as all other activities of daily living, thereby promoting individual self respect.

PAZ Healthcare Management, Inc. is owned and operated by Azzy & Paula Reckess. The owners of this organization own and operate five assisted living facilities, as well as a licensed home care agency.

For more than 20 years Azzy & Paula have committed themselves to providing high quality care at a reasonable cost to individuals who need health care assistance. All of the facilities and home care agency are licensed by the New York State Health Department. Azzy and Paula are active members of the Empire State Association of Adult Homes & Assisted Living Facilities.
